Alan White, is currently an MD and the Chief Compliance Officer of Zenith Capital Partners, an entity that raises equity for investment in private companies in the Energy and Transportation sectors. He has filled this role since 2015 after leaving HSH Nordbank.
He began his banking career in London with Bankers Trust company, where he rose to head of the London Credit Department. He was transferred to the New York Office in 1981 and left the bank in 1984 and Joined Societe Generale, where he managed several departments which included trade finance and correspondent banking. He was instrumental in creating their syndications department in 1986 and participated in a number of major financings. After leaving Societe Generale in 1992, Mr. White held senior roles at CIBC (1992 to1998) and Fleet Securities 1998 to 2002) in their leveraged finance/syndications departments.
Mr. White joined GE Capital from 2002 to 2008, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets and Syndications for the Commercial Finance Group. After leaving GE Capital, Mr. White joined HSH Nordbank as a Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for Loan Syndication and asset sales and served on the Management Committee of their Broker Dealer.
Mr. White has more than 40 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets and leveraged Finance both in the US and the UK and holds series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
