Former General Manager – Banco Internacional de Costa Rica S.A. – Miami Agency – (BICSA)

A highly knowledgeable and experienced banker who started two international banking branches in Colombia and Peru for the former Bank of Boston and for the past 14 years was leading BICSA Miami.

Tony has over 35 years of banking experience, particularly in credit and commercial lending. Prior to joining BICSA, he worked for FleetBoston Financial Corporation (Boston/Miami) as a Regional Director for Latin America. He also had overseas assignments in London, Bogota, and Lima.

Tony started his banking career at Philadelphia National Bank (CoreStates Financial Corp.) in Philadelphia.
