In the United States, Andrés can advise on matters such as: incorporation of entities, acquisition agreements, shareholders agreements, joint ventures arrangements, finance agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, and employment agreements.
Additionally, Andrés represents foreign investors establishing and developing their businesses in the United States, and he advises companies, investment funds, and banks on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions in the United States, Latin America, and Spain.
